President
& CEO
Tim Harvie is a supply chain industry veteran with more than 20
years of transportation, distribution, warehousing and logistics
experience with industry-leading firms. Prior to Fluensee, Tim served
as President and CEO of Vizional Technologies, a provider of RFID-driven
mobile asset management and supply chain management software. Before
Vizional, Tim served as Managing Director and Chief Information
Officer with ProLogis, the largest owner and operator of industrial
real estate in the industry. Before joining ProLogis, he held the
position of Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at
USF Corporation, one of the largest and most profitable providers
of less-than-truckload, truckload and logistics services in North
America. The USF initial public offering remains one of the largest
IPOs in the history of the transportation industry. Tim participates
in several industry forums and has served as a board member or advisor
to many transportation and logistics companies. Tim graduated with
a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from Acadia University in
Nova Scotia, Canada.

Chief Operating Officer
Chris Brumett has more than 18 years of information systems experience
including design, programming, project management, implementation
and IT department management. Previously, Chris served as Vice President
of Engineering at Vizional Technologies and Chief Operating Officer
at HotStatus Enterprises, both supply chain software companies.
Prior to HotStatus, he was responsible for all IT projects nationwide
at US Freightways Logistics, one of the largest public and contract
warehousing, transportation, transportation management, logistics
design and value-added services companies. Before US Freightways
Logistics, Chris served as Vice President of Operations for Atlas
Technology, a Unix-based software development company, where he
was responsible for operational functions, including the implementation
of over 30 nationwide computer systems.

Chief Financial Officer
Gene McConnell has 30 years of experience assisting companies in raising investment capital; reviewing and implementing policies to increase efficiencies in accounting systems and performing due diligence. At Fluensee, Gene is responsible for all financial policies, procedures and transactions. Gene served as a partner with Tatum, LLC and through Tatum he has been the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Rainbow Rewards of Colorado, Inc., an e-commerce media and web business. Prior to joining Tatum, Gene was Chief Financial Officer, Arrowhead Consulting Company, technical consultants; Operational Controller-Marketing Services, ClientLogic, a leader in providing call center service; Chief Financial Officer, MarketVision, Inc., provider of database marketing software and marketing services; Financial Consultant, Financial Management Services, consulting firm; Chief Financial Officer, Cottrell, Ltd, manufacturer and distributor of infection control products for the medical and dental industries and Vice President Finance and Administration/Chief Financial Officer, Coral Companies, Inc., developer and distributor of order entry software for catalog retailers. He also has been Chief Financial Officer/ Controller, Mademoiselle Management Corporation; Accounting Manager, Cablecom-General, Inc. and Staff Accountant, Government Employees Financial Corporation. Gene holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Colorado, Denver and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Colorado, Boulder.

Vice
President of Technology
Dr. Eddie Shek has extensive experience in architecting, designing
and managing the development of information technology in a wide
spectrum of areas including scalable RFID-driven supply chain event
management, intelligent information integration, distributed collaboration
and data mining. Prior to joining Fluensee, Eddie was Chief Technology
Officer at Vizional Technologies where he was responsible for overall
technology direction and strategic partnerships. Prior to Vizional,
he led the research and development of innovative technology at
Hughes Research Laboratories. Eddie is the author of over 20 publications
and the owner of 4 U.S. patents on distributed information management
technologies. He received his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Computer
Science from UCLA and his B.S. (summa cum laude) in Computer Science
from the SUNY at Stony Brook.

Director of Sales
Craig Kavanaugh is an RFID and technology solutions veteran now leading Fluensee's direct and channel sales efforts and strategies to expand Fluensee's reach in key markets and drive top-line growth. Prior to joining Fluensee, Craig was responsible for channel and U.S. western area sales for Intelleflex, a leader in extended-capability RFID solutions. There he helped expand business by launching the company's channel program and developing new markets. Craig also brings 10 years of sales experience from Symbol Technologies where he managed a multi-tier channel strategy, helped launch the industry-leading PartnerSelect program and drove double-digit channel growth. Craig received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
